200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Taking Your Practice Deeper- Are you interested in knowing more about the deeper aspects of yoga? Have you ever wondered what it might be like to teach yoga? In this training we will delve deep into the traditional practices of yoga. We will explore the history and philosophy of Yoga and how you can use these teachings in your life to find clarity and peace. If you are interested but uncertain about the training try Module 1- four workshop series, no commitment.
These 4 workshops will count for 12 hours of Teacher Training.

Module 2-February 9, 2018 to May 19, 2018.
This 200 hour training will cover:
Basic Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, and other styles of yoga
Anatomy, Alignment and Adjustments
Sequencing and Teaching Methodology
Group Dymanics and Yoga Psychology
Chakras, Kosha's Mudras, Bandhas
Seva- Selfless Service and the business side of yoga
and so much more…..
Upon completion of the program you will be eligible to become a Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance. From this training you may be inspired to teach but even if you do not, your life will be transformed. In it's truest form yoga is the ability to gradually come to know and love yourself.
In this "teacher training" we will create a sangha (community), one of the most valuable components of any sadhana (practice). In this birthing of our practice and our community, we finally allow ourselves the space and time to become whoever we are meant to be. Let's get started!!! Applications are now available.
