Many of our Teachers also offer Private Sessions. Feel free to ask any of our teachers about private classes. If you feel that you would benefit from a therapeutic yoga practice we also offer individual and class sessions for specific concerns such as Depression, Anxiety, MS, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Osteoporosis, and Back pain.
